  1. Door de ontwikkeling van multi-touch technologie, (denk aan de I-Phone) gaan programmeurs verder kijken dan hun beeldscherm lang is. Want wat is nou leuker dan met z'n allen in de kroeg of de bieb naar Headlines-filmpjes kijken. Interactive Designer (über-nerd) Ralph Das vond het een mooie uitdaging om de computer van het bureau te laten verdwijnen en bedacht de multi-touch tafel.

    The interactive Multi-touch tables at SOCO Amsterdam are developed by a number of talented creatives and technicians (Peter Distol, Ralph Das, Lawrence Muller, Bruno & George). These tables are also the first available devices of this type to be designed for educational and "lifestyle" use.

    These types of devices will have a large impact on the way we interact with computers from now on... especially for use in public spaces (i.e. libraries, schools, etc.).
